6. Photography & Videography Bookings

Customers should arrive on time for scheduled sessions.
If a customer is significantly late, the session duration may be reduced or rescheduled based on availability.
Outdoor sessions are subject to weather conditions and other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Customer Content

Documents
Logos
Artwork
Graphics
Design files
You confirm that:
You own the content or have permission to use it.
The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.
The content is lawful and appropriate.
KBN Studio reserves the right to reject content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
8. Print Quality
The final quality of printed products depends largely on the quality of files provided by the customer.
KBN Studio is not responsible for issues caused by:
Low-resolution images
Blurry photographs
Incorrect cropping due to image proportions
Color differences between digital screens and printed materials
Customer-approved design errors
We may notify customers of obvious quality concerns before production when practical, but we cannot guarantee review of every uploaded file.
9. Pricing
All prices displayed on KBNStudio.com are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice.
However, confirmed orders will generally be charged at the price in effect when the order was placed.
10. Payments

Risk of loss or damage generally passes to the customer upon delivery to the provided address or collection from our studio.

Customers selecting in-store pickup should collect completed orders within a reasonable period after notification.
Items left uncollected for an extended period may be disposed of or archived in accordance with our operational policies.
13. Refunds & Returns
Because many of our products are custom-made, returns and refunds are limited.

Printing errors caused by KBN Studio
Products damaged before delivery
Refunds or replacements are not available for customer errors, including incorrect spellings, incorrect uploaded images, incorrect sizes, or changes of mind after production has begun.

If you prefer your project not be displayed publicly, please inform us before production or photography begins.
